good condition...no writing...minor edge wear
cover(front and back) has wrinkle like marks in clear covering
the folder has staining in the two corners, this is NOT on the calendar
approx. 12" X 13 1/2"

I can ONLY send the calendar...if you do not want the folder due to the staining...please let me know...as I do not know what the staining is from...this was bought from an estate sale along with the other calendars I have listed. If I do not hear from you I will send both calendar and folder...with this being said...I am selling this in as is as found condition.
