Description

Feature:
*T110 is for all pipe systems Support EVAP, EVAP system with specific adapter in the package, ,for detecting the leakage of pipe systems on cars, motorcycles, such as fuel pipe, air intake system and cooling tank.
*Connect detector with DC12V battery: red with positive, black with negative. Do not connect in a contrary way. Input :12V DC ; Smoke output value: 6L/min, simple operation and quick locator the leak part.
*The detector has protector. If it exceeds working limit, it will power off automatically. In this condition, please operate it later.
Connecting leakage detector to pipe system, Inject baby oil into detector and produce smoke with it. Once there is smoke blow out in somewhere of pipe system, that is the leakage point
*Note: This product will have an unpleasant smell after testing, non-toxic, no harm to the human body, please rest assured to use.
Key Functions:
Working Pressure Display
Equipped with pressure gauge to help maintenance personnel determine the pipeline leaks more professionally. By observing the change of the pressure gauge value,it is easier to find the tiny leaks.
Smoke Flow Can Be Adjusted
Equipped with airflow meter to observe the current airflow volume.And the airflow regulator to better control the smoke effect.

How to use?
1. Unscrew the oil filler cap and add test oil.
2. Connect the car battery, turn on the air pump and smoke generator.
3. Connect the smoke hose to the pipeline to be tested through the adapter.
4. The leak can be judged according to where the smoke appears.
Caution:
1. When you use this MR CARTOOL T110 Car Smoke Leak Detector for the first time, fill it with 10ml baby oil. Please be careful NOT to beyond this range.
2. The testing liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK.
3. Fresh oil can be filled with only when the smoke gets thin, and it can’t be filled over 20ml each time.
4. Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the left oil in the detector & replace the detector oil regularly.
5. During the process of leak detection, please keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.
6. Do NOT run the detector over 8 minutes continuously. It needs interval rest.
7. The detector has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please operate it later.
8. The round part of this detector has temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.
9. If the test pipe needs to be disconnected in the middle, please secure the other side with a rubber stopple.
