What is carbon deposition?
Carbon deposit is the black gel caused by the repeated high temperature of engine running, these are the residual gums in the fuel injector, throttle valve, oil circuit, spark plug, cylinder head, inner wall and other components caused by insufficient combustion of the gasoline in the engine Cylinder are caused. In general, vehicles need to be cleaned of engine carbon when driven for 2 years or driven up to 4W kilometers. By removing the throttle, the carbon buildup can be clearly seen.
What is walnut powder (sand)？
1.Crash walnut shell into powder, after a vigorous selection process, we then get walnut sand. It shows high performance in the three areas: hardness, compressive strength, wear resistance.
2.A large amount of pores on the surface of walnut sand, which provide super adsorption capacity, non-toxic and anti-corrosion. It was hardly dissolved in acid, alkali and water.
3.Walnut sand is a pure natural polishing material, its hardness was lower than that of metal but higher than the carbon deposit. It thoroughly cleans the intake pipe and the back of the intake valve, but without damage.
Why is decarbonization needed?
1.The vehicle starts to drop in performance, wasted fuel, engine noise and idle speed.
2.Difficulty starting, accelerating, engine shaking and excessive exhaust fumes.
3.The carbon hard block will fall off, causing the engine not to start, or fall into the combustion chamber, causing the combustion chamber wall to wear, eventually damaging the engine.
Deep removal of carbon deposits
Deeply remove the highly sticky carbon deposits on the intake manifold, intake & exhaust valves.（Solve the problems of unstable idling, insufficient fuel combustion, and reduced air-fuel ratio.)

This enables the walnut sand grit to strike the carbon deposits more powerfully and efficiently.

It can separate the recovered walnut sand grit from carbon deposits for recycling.
Require walnut powder specification is 0.4-0.8MM
How to use?
1) Open the cover of AUTOOL HTS558 machine and pour into walnut powder (need 2-4KG ), then put dust guard on walnut powder and close.
2) Connect blasting gun nozzle and recycling hose together (there is a hole on recycling hose)
3) Remove intake manifold of the engine, plug blasting gun into the intake, and turn the crankshaft to close intake valve. Connect high-pressure air pump((not included)) to HTS558.
4) Connect AC power, then start cleaning. The process should last 1-3 minutes(depending on how much carbon build-up)
5) Close AUTOOL HTS558, check-up cleaning effect. Normally, the walnut powder can be reused 5-10 times(depending on how much carbon build-up)
Recommend Reason :
1 Air pump pressure should more than 0.7Mpa (7bar/102PSI)
2 Walnut powder diameter should between 0.4-0.8mm, amount in 2-4KG(4-9LB)
3 Cleaning time between 1-3 minutes
